About us
It began
with others'
mistakes.
OXADEN's founders spent years in freight forwarding and saw the same thing every time. Goods sat on the ramp because the carrier was late. A pallet arrived wrecked because someone skimped on stretch film. The warehouse shipped the wrong box. The client called us, we called someone else, and that someone passed us on to the next person.
Everyone was responsible for their own piece.
No one for the whole.
The conclusion was simple.
If the client comes to us with complaints anyway, we need a say in what happens. From cargo pickup, through packaging and sealing, to the warehouse and unloading.
So we took it step by step.
First we stopped relying on random packaging and started supplying our own tested products: tape, stretch film and straps. Then seals, so every load has its own number and proof that nobody opened it. Then we built a network of vetted partner warehouses we work with whenever we need more space. Finally we added consulting, because clients began asking how they could ship cheaper and more reliably.
That's how OXADEN began.
A company that takes the whole chain into its own hands: transport, warehousing, security and information. The client has one partner and one point of responsibility.
